I am a momma of two wild boys. I married my high school sweetheart! We currently live in the Bay Area in CA. With our three wild puppers and boys! I swear life is crazy chaos and I absolutely LOVE it and wouldn't have it any other way!
I am a Reiki master and truly love all that reiki has to offer. It's such a beautiful way to help you on your journey of life. It was one of pieces that has helped me through motherhood and being the best mother I can be. With the amazing difference it has made in my life it has inspired me to help other women to tend to the energy that lives with in you. So you can find your peace in chaos.

So, This story you have been waiting on!
I started my business probably at the lowest place in my life and well quite honestly failed numerous times.
Normal entrepreneur ship right!
I found myself stuck in a place of post partum depression a complete loss of identity. I was a new mom of two boys and pretty isolated at that time.
I knew deep down I needed something more than just being a momma. So I became a Virtual Assistant. Which is where this whole journey began!
It started with just a couple of clients then I became an OBM really that right hand to all my clients. Being the person they trusted the most with there business.
As My business grew and took shape I started to look more inward. Something was missing. I wasn't tending to myself or my own mindset.
It's where I found my stride. I was able to connect with my highest self. The women I embody today. I learned to lean into my intuition and finally start listening to those inner voices and beings that I used to ignore and turn my head at.
As I traveled through my own mindset journey I found my calling as I always knew I was meant to help people here it is! I am meant to be a mindset coach and help women truly embody who they are and be the women they were always meant to be. Break through the NEGATIVE self talk the limiting belief and create that life they desire. Just by changing their look at reality!
